Enabling Research Collaboration

Clotho designs synthetic biological systems using a platform based design environment. This environment enables development of independent tools. These tools allow for API retrieval of biological data in service of biosynthetic design requirements.

BD was asked to create an intuitive search interface. It was crucial, given the subject matter, that the research teams had accurate and easily accessible data. This includes legacy synthetic biological parts. We conducted user research, developed the ideal search UX, and provided the HTML and CSS assets to the team.
